Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns at this time. Please read all listings carefully before purchasing, as all orders are final sale.

Repairs. Jewelry is fragile and, while every piece is built to last a lifetime, accidents can still happen. Repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@bearpawsilver.com if your piece needs a repair.

Damage from wear. Bearpaw Silver cannot be held responsible for items broken or ruined due to negligence — including bending the piece, swimming or bathing in it, exposure to lotions, perfumes, or chemicals, or storing it where it can knock against other jewelry or hard surfaces. Care instructions are included with every order.

Deposits and holds. All deposits and holds on jewelry are non-refundable.

Lost or damaged in shipping. I strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, especially on items over $100. Bearpaw Silver is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service. Insurance can be added to any US order.

Tariffs, duties, and customs fees. Bearpaw Silver is not responsible for any tariffs, duties, or customs fees incurred on international orders. Please review your country's rules before purchasing.
